Heritage property, adding space taken from a new side return extension to make a kitchen/dining area and second lounge.
Bringing a large freestanding kitchen island to the center of the Design. Arch KBB’s Traditional Shaker kitchen is painted in Sage Green and finished with brushed chrome cup handles and bright white Quartz worktops. Providing space for four people to dine and a separate area for food preparation. Also housing a range cooker with a cleverly recessed extractor and lighting set into the ceiling.
A double Belfast sink is complimented by traditional glossy white Metro tiling and a traditional solid wood worktop. A separate freestanding larder and pantry unit were designed to house a stainless-steel American-style fridge freezer. Soft grey engineered wooden boards elongate the width of the room and keep things simple and functional has allowed for the space between the kitchen and the living room to flow seamlessly into one; creating areas for much-loved heritage furniture pieces and an area for children to play.
